On receipt of the application form and your registration fee, your child will be placed on our waiting list. We will contact you if a suitable place becomes available.
Please note that completion of this form does not confirm or guarantee a place for your child.
Registration Fee:
A non-refundable Registration Fee of £10 is required to administer your application, this is not a deposit.
Please pay the fee by bank transfer using your child’s full name as the reference. Please note that we cannot accept cash or cheques.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED!
Brook Green Nursery is a small, charity, nonprofit, parent committee run nursery. It has been open over 25 years and is based at Brook Green Children’s Centre, London W6 7BJ.
It is well known in the area and has always kept a Good rating from Ofsted as well as a healthy waiting list.
We have been very lucky to have had great committee members up till now.
If you would like to give a bit of your time, support a charity and give back to society or just support us to keep open, please contact us.
We are looking ideally for people with business skills such as accounts/finance, legal or any other relevant business skills but we are open to all.
Meetings are usually online at least once a term.
