Curriculum and Extracurricular
Our Vision
We believe every child deserves a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore the world around them. Our approach blends child‑led discovery, creative learning, and expert‑guided activities to support the whole child — socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
A Curriculum That Inspires
Our approach ensures every child experiences a rich, balanced day filled with curiosity, joy, and discovery. Whether they are planting seeds, mixing colours, listening to stories, or building towers, children are developing essential skills that prepare them for a bright future.
Our EYFS Curriculum
At our nursery, every day is filled with opportunities for children to explore, imagine, discover, and grow. Our curriculum follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child — socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. We believe children learn best through play, hands‑on experiences, and meaningful interactions with caring adults.
Seven Areas of Learning
Communication & Language
Children develop their voice and confidence through stories, songs, role‑play, and rich conversations. We encourage them to share ideas, listen to others, build vocabulary, and express themselves with growing clarity.
Physical Development
Movement is at the heart of our day. From outdoor play to fine‑motor activities, children strengthen coordination, balance, and self‑care skills. Our yoga and sports sessions further support flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
Personal, Social & Emotional Development
We help children build friendships, confidence, and emotional understanding. Through group play and gentle guidance, they learn to recognise feelings, take turns, show empathy, and develop independence in a warm, supportive environment.
Literacy
Early literacy is introduced through joyful experiences — mark‑making, storytelling, phonics foundations, and exploring books. Children begin to understand that words carry meaning and develop a love for reading and communication.
Mathematics
Maths is woven naturally into play. Children count, sort, build, compare, and explore shapes and patterns using real objects and hands‑on materials. These playful experiences build strong early numeracy skills.
Understanding the World
Children discover the world through nature walks, gardening, science experiments, and learning about people and communities. They explore how things grow, how materials change, and how different cultures celebrate.
Expressive Arts & Design
Creativity shines through painting, music, dance, role‑play, and imaginative construction. Children explore colours, textures, sounds, and stories — expressing themselves freely and developing confidence in their ideas.
